We currently ship to delivery addresses in Australia only. Shipping is free on all orders.

Dispatch origin

Orders are prepared and dispatched from China using tracked international logistics.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Estimated transit time

Delivery is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather or remote-area delivery.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Delays or lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, email xuyic612608@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
